Q: When will my order be shipped out?

A: When the order was placed if you gave us an email address you should have received an order confirmation. Once the item is fulfilled in our warehouse you will receive another email with tracking/shipping information of your order. Once you have that tracking number you can track the order through the shipper to see an expected delivery date.

 

Q: I am missing parts from my X-Stand how do I go about getting them?

A: Once you have opened up your product please inventory the parts and make sure everything is accounted for from the parts list in the manual. Once you have a list of the missing item(s) please contact us either by phone or email with the purchase date, model number of the treestand, part number from the parts list and the quantity needed. We will be more than happy to get an order in for you and send you out the missing pieces.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A:  If you are not satisfied with your new X-Stand Treestand Product, you may return the UNUSED item within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement, unused products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, stickers, and product accessories attached.

Return Process: Contact X-Stand Treestands at 540.877.2769 to obtain an RA number.  Provide us with your order information and reason for the return.  Returns must include the issued RA Number on the box and will not be accepted without this number.  Then return your Unused product in its original box with all tags, accessories, manuals, stickers, and accessories within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund.  Non-defective returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  Returns without the complete original packaging will not be accepted. Shipping and handling is non-refundable except in the case of defective merchandise.  Shipping and insurance for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer via UPS or FedEx.  lease allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return a refund check. This refund will be less your original shipping fee as well as the 20% restocking fee.  ***NOTE IF THERE IS A DIFFERENT REASON PLEASE CONTACT X-STAND FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS***

 

Q: My ladder section is damaged. I need a new one to purchase.

A: Hello for all ladder sections we are required for safety and liability reasons that you fill out the form attached and send that back to us along with a photo of the ladder section cut in half showing you can no longer use it. Once we get both those items back we will be able to process the order for a new section.

 

Q: I do not have my Product Manual. Where can I get one?

A: If you did not receive the product manual with your item or have lost yours, you can go to our website.  Find the product and download the manual. If you cannot find the product please feel free to contact X-Stand Treestands and let us know what item you need a manual for and we would be more than happy to email or mail you out a copy.

 

Q: Where do I register my product?

Q: Can I buy a ladder section to make my stand taller?

A: Hello due to liability and safety reasons our stands are designed and manufactured to only go a certain height. Modifying the treestand in any way is a safety risk for you and any other people you have with you. There we warn against any such action.

 

Q: Do you offer a Military Discount?

A: Hello First we would like to thank you for your service! We do offer a discount to all Active and Retired Military, Law enforcement, and First Responders.
